How firm is the pillow?
It has a firm, supportive feel rather than a soft, deeply sinking surface. Firmness may feel different depending on body weight, room temperature position.

Will the pillow have an odour after opening?
A new-foam odour may be noticeable after unpacking. Leave it in a dry, well-ventilated area for 2–4 days. If the odour remains strong, please contact the seller.

Is the cover washable?
Yes. The removable cover can be machine washed separately while the foam core is airing out. Do not wash the foam core.

What should I do if the zipper is difficult to use or the cover is damaged?
If the zipper is faulty, or the cover arrives damaged, contact the seller or select Order Support to request a free replacement cover.
